It depends where you are going. UK seems useless. Paris is not great. Spain is very good, including sharing notes about local boards that were very helpful for me.

I don't think you're going to get specific reviews of individual providers but you will get a general idea of where to go, what to look for, and what to pay. I've used it in many countries to get the lay of the land. Columbia, Brazil, Costa Rica, SE Asia, Canada, and Europe. I've also had a chance to meet mongers that are on the ground or ones that live in country. Many I'm still in contact with. I can go to almost any major mongering location and I'll know someone there.

I can understand why you would have friends you've made through there. From reading the forums the culture there is very different. People have very personal conversations there that go on for months. A lot of them would have been deleted oe moved to the off topic thread here. But I can see how it promotes a stronger sense of brotherhood than here.

Still, it took way too many pages of reading before getting any real recommendations for women, which was what I really wanted. But you're right, there were some tidbits that I appreciated, like hotels that are monger friendly, whether an airbnb is a better option, how to negotiate, etc.

But I still felt completely on my own when it came to the most important part, so did a lot of TOFTT.

I've used international SG a few times when going on trips and found it generally useless. The forums are active but short on reviews and long on complaints about foreign GPS and long discussions about all sorts of topics other than reviews of girls.

It's always been my dream to either travel or host a foreign lady even if it's just from another state to have fun with over a romantic weekend al Last Tango in Paris (minus the butter in the ass). However I aint wasting time or cash on a site with little results or even worse pay for a trip but end up with blue balls.

I've been going to the Philippines every 2 to 3 years to visit family. I would spend a week with family, and another week for some me time. I've been weary about going to other countries due to possible language barrier, but I think I'll just need to bite the bullet and go somewhere.

In the early 2000's UG was THE place for info on NYC / NJ and was full of degenerates as bad or worse than this place. If you wanted to know about a BBFS KGirl spa in deep Queens or an unlisted Dominican strip club in Hunts Point it was the place to go. I don't think there any regional sites left as good as UG or SFRedbook or the old ****.

Florida is a hotbed for stings. Especially during events like the superbowl and around touristy areas. I know the Orlando and Tampa areas specifically are hotbed with Pasco County regularly making headlines for some of their high profile results.

There are posts on there that go back to 2008.

Older than that, actually. The first posts on that version of the board go back to 2000. And the board itself goes back to the late-90's, but there was some major crash over Y2 k so they had to relaunch it months later.

It's mainly dedicated to the NY / NE area. There's not much a presence anywhere else.
