Yes, not everyone has the required stability in their lives to be able to plan miles ahead. Also, some are very impulsive and drop or change their plans at the drop of a hat. Their commitments to others don't mean much to them. In either case, Kristen / Becca has an extreme case of an inability to keep to a schedule.

I know she has had a negative report on here, but trust me guys she is worth the effort. Yes she is difficult to schedule, she has kids and they don't always cooperate, but I have seen her many times, and she is a diamond in the rough. Treat her right, and you will be in heaven.
