Unless you know exactly who it is, not usually worth kicking up a shitstorm over. I've been in a situation where I've narrowed it down to 2-3 but the ones that didn't give it to you will naturally be upset so IMHO, not f=worth chasing it down. Just cover up if you don't want a repeat.

Go online and get yourself a script don't expect an agency to do contact tracing. It is an occupational hazard.

It depends on which providers did you last had encounter with along with having extra menus. Most agencies don't give a crap if you don't know exactly which one you got exposed from without solid evidence.
