Very accurate; many agencies have girls with flat rate "all in", but there are still ones out there upcharging for extra menu even if they arent as steep but its still on the roster to pick. If you're established on any national board for example t e are or Humana Plex or p411, it may get a foot in the door. You could also try to hook up with one of the Seattle kgirl agencies, then use them as a future reference on your next California trip. Most of the California places are charging 300 or 320 per hour, much better than PNW agencies.
