Absolutely. It feels like just a couple of "agencies" managing their travel schedule. Although they're booked as heavily as possible, I don't get the feeling that they're physically being forcably kept. The schedulers often respond at odd hours, which makes me think they may be in a significantly different time zone. But all this is a wild guess.

But they clearly have gotten good at setting up many many hobbiest accounts and in many cases are playing a long game of building up review history and some credibility over a period of years.

It wouldn't surprise me if these are little (or big?) side businesses of larger organized crime. But I watch a lot of TV, so who knows?
