I'm also shy / timid (with strangers) and remember being nervous my first time but getting a HE takes no pazazz whatsoever. I have been to AMP about 15 time and they initiate HE every time. I think you just have to be naked under towel and they know what's up. After they have you flip they tease you a bit then give you a look asking if it is ok to touch you there.
