IMHO, a monger's program depends on who's available / his escort market, how aggressive a monger is at acquisitions, what a monger wants in order to obtain satisfaction and of course, a monger's wallet may be the most important factor in his program.

Yes, being NON-GFE allows for a lot more babes to be available than GFE and I don't care what age they are as long as they are not in their late 40's or under 18. I personally like GFE as well, I don't mind paying a higher rate for it, but having that preference does limit your options.

If you add the age cap to that, then your options will definitely be decreased considerably.

The more particular preferences you have, the more limited your options will be. However saying that the hobby as a whole is dead might be a bit of a harsh overstatement.
