I've never been to a MP before and have been wanting to give one a try but in general I'm a decently shy person. I'm trying to figure out best ways to understand the "room" and how to go about asking for extras.

I'm also seeking any recommendations Tualatin / Tigard area for a place that gives a solid massage and just a basic HJ HE, I'm basic and don't need oral or FS just decent pressure on the back and a solid release. And what might be the damage for that type of appointment. I've read a decent chunk of the reports and feel more prepared but still wonder how to get around being a bit of a timid person.

Most importantly, make sure she sees your extra cash when you pay. Be nice and if it's a happy ending shop they will definitely ask what you want on the flip.

It's not in Tigard / Tualatin, it's on Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway near the Portland / Beaverton line, but The Comfort Place might suit you. Unless it has changed (I moved away a while ago), the lady there does excellent, solid massage, including hot stones. I always had to tell her to do a medium massage because the firm one was too much for me. A nice HJ ending was always on offer--and nothing more, in my experience.
