Try Jian Kiang on Boston St in Salem (near the Peabody line) or Jin Therapy in Salem. Both can be found on rubmaps. I've been offered FS at Jian Kang but didn't partake; other visits were BJ only. Jin Therapy offers FS, I partook once, girl was nice but a little older.
