They are also limited by economic contraints (scarcity of money) and their negative impacts are also mitigated by their tendency to become more informed over time. I also think it's largely a pointless endeavor to lobby for collusion efforts as most buyers' (especially uninformed) motivations are price insensitive aka most people are thinking with their small heads when it comes down to pulling the trigger.
