I get that 'appointments' here are not at all the same as legit places, and I didn't make a scene that 'I had an appointment, how dare you take that monger instead of me. ' All I said was somebody beat me in the door and I went back later, sheesh.

My experience has been that if you text the provider directly, and she knows you, she will keep the app't. However, if you just call the Camp, the mgr may or may respect the app't and if you're a minute late, the mgr. Will give that app't to the client in the waiting room.
