This worked for me if you got banned. Make sure cleared out your cookies, history, etc. Everything. Restart browser (I use chrome in this case) then go into incognito and create a brand new email not sounds similar to email you used. Create a seeking account with VPN after that. Sometimes it works without VPN, but make sure clear all the caches, cookies, and history. You can log in without VPN after that. It worked 2 or 3 times for me so perhaps it's YMMV.
