This is extremely simple to avoid. I have said it before and I will say it again.

And no they won't do that, maybe if they interrogate her and she knows some dealers or knows someone with a warrant, they might go after that. But random dudes? No.

In order for you to be legally culpable, you have to demonstrate an exchange (something of value, for a sexual act) which means that in order for you to have evidence that would actually hold up in court against you. You need to say something specific and agree to something specific. If you ask "how much for a bbj" over text then you are dumb because as soon as you get that response you have made yourself guilty already. I personally never say or ask for anything, I ask how much for your time and the duration of time and that is it. These girls aren't going to ask you like a dumbass "uhhh what do you want do, what for etc" they don't give a fuck and they already know what you want because of their add and that you are asking. Meaning this is all implicit or suggestive, there is no clear exchange of anything. Is it problematic to do all this with a new or unreviewed piece of action? Yea. The people they seem to catch doing these stings normally all seem clueless as hell.

You might be giving law enforcement a little too much credit for how doggedly they run things down.

Could they do a forensic analysis of a run-of-the-mill hookers phone? Sure they could.

Are they going to expend those kind of resources on a run-of-the-mill hookers phone? Barring the need to investigate another more serious crime, I'd highly doubt it.

As of 2022, law enforcement orgs in like 30 states were sitting on over 25,000 untested rape kits. Cops don't have the time, resources, or inclination to investigate quite a bit of crime.

Chasing down johns they don't even catch in the act is small potatoes. Just my 2 cents.
