There is nothing wrong with using a credit card, just be smart and pay attention to your spending patterns. It is another anecdotal legal loophole, similar to "if you ask an undercover if he is a cop, he has to tell the truth", "Money is exchanged only for my time and nothing else", etc. The idea is that if an MP owner was busted for a prostitution operation, the signs would prove that the girl went rogue and broke the rules. In reality there is a mountain of other evidence gathered in stings and there's little chance anyone would fall for the sign gimmick. Anyway, that's what that is about and it has nohing to do with the actual rules of the MP.
