Take this as you will with the drama I've had here.

I've gone to this place twice and had to walk both times. Place is a 2 story low end motel. The ad you used has an OF profile and there's no way that person would be staying at that motel. It appears to be pile on of catfish or scammers that saw the address and staying pushing it hard.

My 2 cents. Google it and see if you're comfortable with it.
