Yes, she's getting worse and worse. Wasn't that bad like a month ago but her habit really kills herself.

Change does come slow.
Let's look at some of the changes under Outlaw. Homicide rate has increased. People drive without insurance when the rest of us are required to have it. They strike another vehicle. No problem they back up and speed away. Shootings have soared beyond expectations. People go missing and nobody knows anything. They put police on dirt bikes to try and rid the streets of the halfwits that can only do one stunt riding the ave trying to impress the hookers. Then theres the flash mobs that steal everything that isn't nailed down. The drugs are killing more people now than when she began. Krasner and Kenny are still patting her fat ass as if she did something special. Give me a break. There was no change under her except the city lost good police officers while she ate donuts. I'm not certain she can even spell change. People are getting killed on the strip by the hood thugs in the area. The girls that work the strip are worried sick. I've been shot at. Mongers have been killed. I personally saw a bunch of thugs kill a guy. He didn't have a chance. There was one of him and six or more of them. I don't doubt it happened because of drugs. This all happened right under a store camera. The police checked the video and said thanks. Those thugs never got picked up even for questioning. As for change I'm sure nothing will change until at least after November elections. We will see. I picked her up a few times but I think I'm done with her.
Pros:
- age in 20's. Decent body.
Cons:
- Big air head. She probably has the intellect of a 10 yo. Not a great conversationalist.
- really bad hygiene. Stunk like vinegar and piss. Doesn't clean up her blood stains. A few coin sized abscesses.
- I don't think she will be around in a year.

Based on the few things I have heard about her, I imagine she would make quite a few changes that could change the mongering game in the neighborhood. I have also heard from people on the streets that there have been a push to try to clean things up on the ave. A lot of stores that have been in cahoots with drug dealers have been shut down (like the convenience store on Clearfield). A lot of the small tent communities have been kicked out. Recently I saw two cops in an unmarked car jump out and stop a woman who looked like a SW and they were digging through her bag.

Met this snow bunny right where the 7-11 is, across the street. Saw her Aug 13th, so I do not remember her name, however when I like the performance I like to take phone number so I do have her digits.

Total 40.
The head was great! She didn't even had to try too much, it's like her mouth is naturally wet which made her job much easier.
She had a ok body, ass was fat and jiggly.
