This is not a Nashville-only issue. Same happens here in Philadelphia. My guess is that most are fake ads and are merely collecting phone numbers to sell to scammers. There are many, many positive reviews of Francesca and I've never seen a bad one until now. Makes me wonder whether I should believe this one. Writing such a negative review can have a big impact on a provider. I've only seen her once and it was a couple of years ago, so I'm not a white knight.
