I do. I think the most I paid in the last 4 years was maybe 3 $$. I have someone that's under the radar as they say and sometimes pay only $1. 4 although sometimes I feel bad for doing that LOL but yes, it's possible on SA. I've felt the same in the past and have received the surprise email from her after being patient and treating her kind in a simple follow up email. I haven't hobbied much because I don't support hoeflation. I know my dollars in particular don't matter to any specific girl, but I think if enough guys stopped paying stupid rates, these hoes might think twice before attempting to gouge. Especially when they are of mediocre, covered service.
