We actually have a vey unhealthy attitude about SWs in the US. Was in Germany last year, in Cologne specifically, and the city built this area where there are like wooden walled-of parking spots. Each spot fits one car, the wooden walls are for privacy and narrow enough so one cannot open the doors and leave the car. There is an emergency intercom by the passenger side and I believe there is running water and bathrooms for washing up after as well as an attendant. You pick up a SW, drive to one of these parks, pay the attendant a parking fee, drive to one of these wooden booths and do it all with privacy, don't have to worry about getting jumped, robbed or LE interrupting your session. Really, SWs are going to be picked up by mongers not matter what, why not make it legal, make money on parking off it, let it occur in a safe and private environment for all and not bother neighbors.
