Several of the WW cops are bogus and will find or fabricate a reason to pull you over, case in point. Cop lit me up on Wilkens, I was by myself, comes walking up to the car. He tells me he had a report of a vehicle like mine waving a gun at people. Then he says obviously it is not you. Now mind you he is alone and walks right up to the vehicle. Asked for license and reg, runs it and tells me tags don't belong on said vehicle. Mind you I have had the same tag for several years and new sticker put on a week prior. While I am sitting there another cop pulls up and blocks me in and another pulls behind him. When he walked up to me by himself I new it was bull shit. He reruns tag and was good that they must have got a number wrong. Then he tells me my tint is to dark and gave me a warning. They tied me up for an hour so I was pissed. I called South West district and asked about the gun report, he put me on hold, went and checked. He comes back and said no why did I ask. I was really hot by then and called Internal affairs to file a complaint. First thing he said was did you get a ticket and I said no. He then tells me then I am all good.

Another time pulled over told tag lite was out. Checked me out and told me I could go. While he is sitting behind me I got out and looked and tag lite was lit, I just looked at him and shook my head. YOU ARE NOT DEALLING WITH NORMAL COPS IN THE CITY.

I have seen when pick up a girl them follow you and wait til you are doing something, then come down on you and bust you.

A cop is just a person with a job with a bargaining agreement that can probably be read online. Cops lie I believe since its just a job the type of people that are hired lie more than most it just the same folks you know or know of with a badge collecting a pay check. Shitty people hired involved in creating shitty laws and shitty people making shitty complaints over nothing that get people in trouble.

And most times dumb people mess up and don't want to take blame for what they did and knew about what they was doing wrong in the first place.

Yeah that is a ridiculous law. The reality is that cops lie all the time. People don't typically know their rights so police have a tendency to think they can strong arm you into doing what they say. Stand you ground and stick to a very simple story with no details. Do not consent to a search. Also don't be a dick any more than you need to be towards the cop. If you talk enough shit to them they'll say fuck it and lock you up even if they know it's a bullshit charge because Baltimore city police aren't the type that like to be provoked. So stick to your story keep it simple, no further details, and don't be a dick. Generally that's good enough to work.

You missed my point, but pointed out something similar in your previous post. Cops work in shades of gray. If they think you are up to something, then they will use any excuse to get you off the street. Sure one SW hopping in your car most likely will not do it. If they have any other reasons, then it might be the last thing that makes them act. Once they have pulled you over, their options are only limited by their imagination. I will agree many cops are not the brightest bulb in the pack, but there are exceptions.

They got creative where I lived before. They wanted to get rid of SWs. They passed a law where you could be ticketed for having a SW that was a known prostitute with a solicitation conviction or who had plead to a lesser count in you vehicle. They would then use RICO to take your vehicle if it was an expensive vehicle. Thankfully the law was eventually found to be unconstitutional. It did drastically reduce the ladies walking on the street for a while. The ladies did not walk, because there were not many customers. Of course the number of escorts and massage providers advertising in a little free paper called "The Pitch" skyrocketed, so then they had to address that.

They will never make prostitution go away. It has been around for thousands and thousands of years. I do not know why they just do not legalize and tax it. They are legalizing weed now and are taxing it in many of not most locations. I never thought I would see that.

Responding to your rant. Listen, test your theory over in Brooklyn between 2nd and 6th streets. Wait until you see a cop come around, and then make your scoop in front of them and let us know how that worked out. Let me help you out a little bit. Those streets are posted with warnings of arrest for presumed solicitation. There are streets that do not have such warnings but you will suffer the same fate. It's your money and time, do as you wish, but don't try to convince others that know first hand that everything I've stated is untrue. And to be honest, and in defense of cops, many cops nowadays have college degrees and are not dumb as you've suggested. I think it is us who are dumb for tricking off with these scanks.
