I have never paiid more than $100 for any upgrade and on principle do not plan to do so in the future.

Standard rate is $100 COP / $200 CIP. Most of us here will report if CIP is negotiated so you will know if it's firm or not. Like all cases YMMV, so don't expect to get what someone else got. If you have decent looks and good charm, you're more than likely will able to negotiate. Some hot girls like Mika know they're hot and stays firm. But YMMV also plays in effect, if she does open up to some people it's UTR.
