We don't count the Asian houses. They were there since the enclave was fairly new. 99.99% of the time they use fake pictures. Say in SVG, you turn off the freeway, then the first right, and the first house. You can't really go wrong. The enclave booker uses only one apartment in the enclave. If it works for so long, they don't really want to look at something else. (In the past, Asian houses usually change apartments after a 6 month contract.) Parking, traffic, layout, and perhaps rent are all reasonable. Spectrum will be more expensive and too much foot traffic. Los Olivos (where I think it is) is huge and exposed. You can sneak into the Irvine apartment without being seen by anybody. The Asian houses in Tustin are also easy to find.

Yeah the whole rebranding thing is kind of strange. Reasons could be related to stalkers, slow business, or negative reviews. Either way it's nothing more than a temporary band-aid since it's talked about openly on this forum and through PMs.
