Not really a cartel per se. Most girls report to the same 3-5 "owners. " The bookers are literally just that, bookers. They don't determine the price at all. Only responsible for vetting clients and providing customer service for VIP clients. They just get a small cut per booking.

My strategy is that I never bring money for upcharges. I still usually get everything I want. Most of these girls are not busy and will do whatever it takes to get you to return.

YMMV of course. It depends on if she wants you to come back. If you're an easy customer she won't mind throwing in the extras.

Some of these girls are even running specials throwing it in for free for everyone because they want to stay busy.

Why are the upcharges here? Because guys are paying them.
