Went to Rose after reading reviews. Went about noon time weekday wasn't busy. Saw Coco as others have said very happy and bubbly when I walked in. Relatively new spot in Chinatown that I decided to check out recently at the urging of one of their cheerleaders on RbMps. My experience was just meh.
