Stopped in for the first time on a Sunday. Saw and had a few dances with Holly / Betty, who didn't disappoint. She never does. Lots of fun. Overall, the talent wasn't great. Lots of large women with really bad prison tats. Bartender was overworked and drink service really suffered. Of the three attractive girls, I hadn't met two of them, before. I'm not really a regular at OZ. One was a skinny brunette with an amazing ass. I think her name is Kharma. The second is Venus. Very athletic body with a nice fake rack. Any info on either of these would be great.

Kharma seems to have some regulars and I didn't see Venus do any dances for the 3 hours I was there.

There is also a black girl there with a really nice body, Asia. Too bad she doesn't know how to use it.

Venus is really hot, but yeah she's kind of stuck up and doesn't seem to do much besides stage dancing. I've gotten VIP with her before though (like a year ago) and all she wanted to do was talk about her soccer career. She only does this for fun.

Asia is hot (Puerto Rican though), but so tall and doesn't seem to be used to being even taller in the heels, so she looks like a baby giraffe learning to walk ha.

Idk about Kharma but Venus didn't play last time I had her. She is pretty cute and always makes those calendars they have for a reason but I think she has a boyfriend or maybe does OTC? She does a good lap dance though and has some fun moves but she feels exclusive like you have to have a deep pocket to get her in private or OTC. But she is cool and I think I told her I was looking for fun and that she would gladly point me in the right direction of girls who will provide it. So it's worth talking to her and maybe letting her help you out. Might need to buy a dance or drink though.

Glad I'm not the only one who has noticed or agrees. I don't want to see chicks I can pick up for free at a bar, or chicks I wouldn't even bother picking up. They need to do something fast.

Yes, the overall quality of the day shift has declined (and it will be worse when they have to staff the second club). During day shift last week there were 25 or so dancers on stage for the 2-1 parade and only 3 were hot.

Glad I'm not the only one who has noticed or agrees. I don't want to see chicks I can pick up for free at a bar, or chicks I wouldn't even bother picking up. They need to do something fast.

There were 5 new girls yesterday, 1 looked pregnant, 2 were last call specials at best, 1 looked like a tranny (which is the 2nd one in a couple weeks they've hired), and then a mediocre black girl. And I've seen actual good looking girls come apply and get turned away!

They need to get rid of that ogre looking manager, his taste in women is non-existent. I've had multiple dancers tell me they have to go back and fire girls he hires, because he only hires ones that have low enough self esteem to fuck him. Seems true. Think I'm done with that place for awhile. It's sad when the chicks at Atlantis & 4 Play are more attractive.

I realize the website is not updated, as it shows dancers that haven't been there for years, but I mentioned it to reference what India looks like. It was a couple of weeks ago that I was told she had been fired so I guess they have subsequently let her back. Could you tell me if India was back working the day or night shirt and if it was a weekday or weekend?

Last Thursday during day shift I believe it was. Maybe Wednesday.

That's odd, she was just there last week. But yeah chicks get fired all the time, mostly for fighting or stealing.

They rarely update their website so don't go off that. It's trash, and the new reign site is just as bad.

Who knows if this new club will ever open but a couple of OZ dancers were talking about it with me. They were excited that Reign is supposed to be an "upscale" (ie expensive) club that, as one of them said, will have high class guys rather than riff raff (LOL). I asked what that meant and she said "cheapos" wouldn't be there because beers would be a buck or two more than at OZ, private rooms would go for as much as $500 plus girls tips, higher cover, etc etc. If they are correct I think the place will tank. They also said it is finally going to open within the next couple of weeks.

Oz is already expensive as is. They charge Vegas prices for being a makeshift Pizza Hut club. Just unbelievable. It's just a mile or so down the road. How the hell do they expect their clientele to change that drastically and up charge so much more than what they already are? Just insane. If that's the route they're going then I'm fine not going and letting it collapse into itself. $500 for privates my ass. Plus tip on top. That's escort territory and atleast an escort is guarantee full service and act like your gf for a few hours. Yeah no thanks.

Girls get fired or let go all the time. Common issues is they broke a rule, always late, didn't make enough for the club, or caused too much drama. A lot of the times I go to other clubs and there is a girl or so that danced at another club who was fired or let go from it. They either got into fights with management or something like that. Sometimes they didn't make enough. I remember a girl who danced at Oz and was very shy and a straight arrow in the club. No extras. She surprisingly lasted a few months but I knew the writing was on the wall. Didn't see her anymore then I went to Diamond Dolls and there she was. I chatted her up and she was much more flirtier. Took her private and she did it all for me. Guess she wised up. But the turn around rate is very high for clubs. Of course they have their favorites so long as you make a lot of money and don't cause no problems.

That place has failed with every club that's ever been there, and offering a more expensive experience isn't going to make it any better. They're delusional. If the non-"cheapos" wanted these girls they'd go to Oz to spend the money just as easily right now, and they aren't. All that's going to happen is that nobody is going to go there LOL.

I actually haven't talked to any of them that are excited, and none that want to work there. I think most of them know it's a stupid decision.
