I am one of those guys (assholes) who stay on the line with scammers. I will talk a while, and eventually get to "I know you're a scammer, I just wanted to waste some of your time since you wasted mine".
I agree. Don't ever send money to anyone you haven't met. Imagine some dude in another country smoking a cigarette typing about how he needs you to send a few bucks so (s) he can look good for you. LOL. Bad picture right?

I don't usually leave anything too negative. This was my own fault in a way. Saw this review and messaged her. She responded quickly, good vibes, fair $$ fair deal. Was feeling enough to offer to send. Little upfront for uber. And then send the rest when she arrives. She shows me a screenshot of her uber after she's picked up so I know the amount. I am thinking it's going well and in my excitement decided to send the rest of the amount I was going to spoil her with ahead of time so we could ge started right away with out the "Transactional" feel. Next thing I know there's an "Accident" causing traffic, 30 min go by she says uber kicked her out and she's walking. Then nothing. I say I don't blame her for going home if she did but to let me know. Even offer her to keep some of the spoiling for now and reschedule.
No response, disappears. Tried getting a refund on the app, she rejects it immediately. I believe had I not paid her she would have shown up, but can't say anything good would have come of that experience either way. So just be cautious.

Lots of messaging back and forth. Actually started talking to her a year ago. First date she canceled because of a family gathering. Second dinner date she claimed she overslept for and then said she was nervous about meeting me even though we had talked daily and shared things about our personal life. Waste of time for me. Hopefully someone had some luck.
