I see more looming layoffs where low / mid level people will get shit canned and got no money for pussies or they are afraid to the money if layoff is coming.

Unless macro condition changes, I think more shit is going to roll down hill.

TL'DR: I'm not sure if we just hit a seasonal issue with everyone on summer vacation. Let's see if things pick up again after Labor day.

1. Manhattan is still owned by the JGirl Top 3: 1010, PPC, NYSE / XOXO / RS8.

a. NYAW, SL / DDY can't compete because they get single JGirl allocations.
b. RS8 is Upper East Side so they are trying to expand the market.

2. I see no issues with NYSE / XOXO / RS8 moving the girls around. We also report on rebrands so we know which girls can't cut the mustard. We have good intel so picking out girls that are worth it is still possible. Frankly speaking, IMHO there are too many girls to bang atm.

3. Because summer vacation. I also just dropped $6 k on going away for 2 weeks.

4. 1010 and PPC seems to have stepped it up.

5. We have more JGirls on their second tours, they know that's it ok to take some time off to eat, go shopping, or go for a walk in the park. They are still making more money in the NYC than any place else.

Look up Paris Baguette. There is a large ass parking lot under it. There is also a large one next to it. Forgot the building name. Less incline and maybe the spots will be larger. If I needed a good spot when I first got my 100 k car, I tip the guy ahead of time so he puts it at the best spot which is usually next to the booth.

I don't care about it now since I don't buy 100 k+ cars. But if I had a 911 turbo I would probably still park on the street because I'm gangster. It's not a lambo and it's just 150-175 k.

Are you talking about the Skyview Shopping mall? It's a little further away from Main street. I parked there for the BTS concert that was at Citi Field a few years ago.

Prince Parking had a Lambo Gallardo, 2 Lambo SUVs, a Ferrari California, and a ton of 911's that night.

The larger shops (nysexye and shisanyi are the ones I've been to) are in residential houses like 25-40 minutes walk from Downtown Flushing. I drive out there and just park on the street, even when I take my 911 TT, the houses are expensive there so it's not a big deal.

For the places in the downtown area, yeah I just park at the Skyview parking where Target is.

The marketing saturation is hitting peak.
1. Too many fucking shops opening. Just like the damn Chinese laundromats. They always open near each other. Stupid asses.
2. Not enough girls for all of the shops. Leads to just rotational games.
3. Not enough mongers for all of the damn girls coming, very few can make good money.
4. JP girls know this. Now we get less fucking good talent coming because we have too many fucking shops trying to land grab with mediocre girls and land grab by volume of girls vs. Quality of girls first.

Seems you have some kind of enthusiasm towards cars! Yeah it's lowered wheels tucked, so that was my other concern I wanted to take a look at the areas first hand. My race car is a built turbo rsx so hence why no security system on it. It sounds as if I'm better of just using the train or ubering there at this point. Because I don't frequent flushing at all, I don't know how the area is for cars.

Vallet can actually be worst because they park in the tightest spots. You can tip them ahead of time to get better spots.

When I had my E63 or M3 long before that I only parallel parked on the streets. I parked in the garage maybe 5 times in 10 years. I don't care enough about it and never had bad dings from all these years. Maybe your care is much more expensive. Who the fuck drives a Corolla. ? LOL.

Even in Manhattan. I just have to find good spots where I am near corner or near hydrants so I have room and not get sandwiched. I do like college point parking but it has some tight spots for compact cars only where doors are pretty fucking close to each other and some dumb fuck will open the door hard and wide.

I prefer to have a vallet garage, or a self parking situation not in a sketchy area. My car isn't your typical Toyota Corolla you see everyday haha. Can't trust those scooters and bikes especially around flushing. I barely put 3000 miles on my car a year, it's my sugar baby so I prefer to park her in a safe spot.
