I was nice enough to respond to a random dude about a provider and free CIP and relayed GD's advice regarding negotiation pricing.

I was going to respond regarding the type of girls I get free CIP from but I don't think I will now LOL.

In short, all my regulars are NYC based providers who appreciate and value repeat mongers. First impressions are important if you want first visit CIP.
