Yeah agree with above. It's a clean new spot (not some basement) and they give a great massage. I'm not looking for a lot of extras, just cute girls and enthusiasm, so for me it checks my boxes.

Tried again, with a decent tip showing on the table right from the start. Got an unequivocal "not here", and an offer to DIY which I declined. The massage is very good but I'm quite confident that there is no joy to be found here. I reduced the tip to $20 which she did not have a problem with.

Agreed and well said. 75/ hr, minimal effort massage by someone probably in their 40's, refused to give me option to choose younger one (they were just hanging out). Tease was almost non existent. 40 for standard unenthusiastic HE, obviously no roaming, no other things on the menu. Would not visit again. Probably worth the drive out of the city to its sister.
