I think when LE activity is hot in MP girls move. I've seen groups of SWs at Parkman and James across UHaul, one block down and over. When I drove by they waive, nod and shout my name (which I hate). 3 times now I've given SWs rides from RoFo / DD to that location where their friends were - 3 or 4 of them.
