For future reference, putting that phone number into google could have brought you to the TER profile and all reviews there warn of a bait and switch.

I believe the verified ones cost the provider more and they have to take a verification photo for EROS, but that will only restrict the original opening of the account. If it's a handler / agency, they could keep using the same photos with that account for subsequent, less attractive, providers I. E. It's not foolproof.
