I hear ya, but I don't have a ton of time for research on locals and they are often very tough to reach and schedule. Also, my hobby windows are usually short and unpredictable and change at the last minute. With the ERO's travelers, they are usually available right away and in a safe convenient place. They are always beautiful, and many are very accommodating. I am finding that the difference between $. 4 and $. 5 is often the difference in whether or not the things you mention below are available. I need to decide if I'm going to hobby more frequently and go the AMP route or less frequently and high end. Can't keep doing both. Shiny Spa in Ann Arbor is a pretty nice balance of the two.
