I hear ya, but I don't have a ton of time for research on locals and they are often very tough to reach and schedule. Also, my hobby windows are usually short and unpredictable and change at the last minute. With the ERO's travelers, they are usually available right away and in a safe convenient place. I am finding that the difference between $. 4 and $. 5 is often the difference in whether or not the things you mention below are available. Don't know about number 3, but the others are real.
