I couldn't agree more. There are a few "shining stars" that can demand a higher rate but most of these woman advertising on EB / EA and the like are nickle, dime nasties.

The amount quoted is just crazy theses days. Some of the girls looking for 80 a few years ago are now at 450 or more. I want these girls to do well, but the insanity hopefully retreats some.
