Saw a panhandler at the Belmont highway exit today at around noon. She might be the hottest panhandler I've ever seen. About 5'6, late 20's, dirty blonde hair, tight jeans and a tanktop. Either white or light skinned Latina. She was holding up a cardboard sign in the middle of traffic like a UFC ring card girl and seemed to have zero trouble collecting money. She literally slowed traffic with dudes stopping to roll down the windows and give her money. I've never seen anything like it.

I wanted to stop for her so badly to see what it would take to get her in my car but I had to be somewhere and couldn't. Someone please tell me they've seen this and can shed some light on what the hell was going on.

Was considering checking out the SW scene (both for budgetary and thrill seeking purposes).

Any tips on how to avoid LEO? I had read that it's generally best to avoid talking business on the street, but after attempting with a few on 5th / cic, no one would get in for a ride without talking price first. Also, do most of these girls have a spot they like to use, or should I try to find a safe spot myself? Just trying to avoid set-ups and LEO.

She was on the slimmer side, yesterday she had on mostly black (it was dark still, so it may have been some other dark colors) and she had a ponytail and a pink baseball hat.

Sad to hear that Linda (Lydia) passed away recently. Anyone who use to cruise Armitage back in the day probably knew her. I remember her anywhere from California to Kostner. Also sometimes on North ave. Same East / West streets. Was very common to see her from 2003-2013, right now was about 56/57 years old so back then in her 30's. Dark black hair, Puerto Rican, great breasts and devilish smile! I have a video of her in my collection. The good die young.
