I can't guarantee it, but you can try Grotto in Sorrento Valley. I have only been there twice, but have been 2 for 2 so YMMV. Grotto seems to cycle their gals out frequently so I cannot speak to their current set of gals. Try googling this restaurant Hoai Hue restaurant, it's on the opposite side of the parking lot entrance. You enter both places right from the side walk. But the spa is still not open from what I can tell.
