Be really careful if you see her, not just because she'll steal. I reported the cards she took from me as stolen and did a full report on her: Phone, photos and address. The fraud department at Capital One has her address, and I'm sure there's video footage of her at Marathon with the time stamp of when the credit card transaction took place. I don't know if they notify police, but it seems possible they would.
