No, the majority are fine with payment for the session happening when they get there or in some cases after it's finished. Does seem to be a little increase in cuddlers asking for a deposit though.

Granted, the majority of cuddlers I've seen have not been pros and I'm only just recently getting back into my business travel so it's possible things are changing.
