Earliest I have been there is 9 am Usually I try to get there around 9:30 am I have never had an issue with the service at that time.

Generally you can go to most of these spots at any time. Most often the girls are sleeping from a rough night but pricing does not change. 7 stars has changed dramatically. Lulu has Bern gone for a while and she was the key to a good experience.
