It's not rocket science. As long as sufficient mongers pay the charge, the business model stays the same. Cash is king and speak louder than any complaints. Change only comes when you take your cash elsewhere and the agency or girls have to adjust their business model.

IMHO it's not that simple. If spas don't allow girls to charge whatever they want, agencies will just send them to other places around the world. And send the JV team to the spas. Sure there might be a standout here and there but the outcome will be a lack of high quality talent that will get asses in seats. If they allow girls to charge whatever some customers will go else where or just not go at all, lose of business. Think its more of a slippery slope spas are dealing with, trying to find a happy medium.
