Have you ever seen a provider at an AMP open a condom fresh from wrapper? I haven't. It always just sort of magically appears. It's been my suspicion for some time that they wash and reuse them. Wrong. The spa owner provides the covers, so cost is not a factor to the girls. The girls hide the outside plastic cover before coming into the room, so that is why people think it's resued.
