I do agree that working out helps crank up testosterone and leads to better boners. But wonder what I should expect as I cross to mid 50's or sixties.

I hear ya' brother, happened to me the last two visits, with Toy at Euro and a new gal, Kate at Lk Serene last night, even when taking the blue helpers just couldn't finish. Guess it's time to hang up the spurs.

Hate to be the one. But talk to your doctor! So many options besides pills. I HAD issues, soft wood, and not much sensitivity. I was lacking some nutrients, got that fixed along with some weight training and I am back to getting rock hard morning wood. If you care to change, there is diet, exercise, and hormone help out there. Don't just chalk it up to being old and give up.

I lost 50# during covid and hit the gym 5 x a week. I chalk this up to to the Manhattan I had before my visit 😁.
