If we are talking money, I happen to have some inside information on trump. Back in the early 1990's, his lenders were insistent that he limit his personal spending to $200,000 a month. Those are 1993 dollars. He bristled at even the suggestion. So, when he pays those two ladies in 2016 dollars the sum of $250 k, it is essentially the equivalent of 5% of his income if he was on a budget. I would assume most of us hard boiled mongers here make at least 200 K and spend something like 10-20 k a year. For trump 250 k is not even material.
