Unmarked cars are getting harder to notice which are making things risky. Seen an old Hyundai sedan, Toyota Camry, Jeep, F150 and VW through my travels. No difference until the police lights turn on in front and rear of vehicle.

I actually think English is not his first language and he uses Google Translate or one of the on-line translators for his posts. Admirable if true and sometimes there are did-bits of information if you can be patient enough to sieve through his posts.
