Or are you looking for confirmation that they can get an IP address from a text message / mms message? If that's the case, then yes, sender details are available with a message.

SMS no, it's not being sent as a series of packets, its just going over cellular, tcpip does't apply. I think MMS is the same but I'm not certain.

FYI IP address doesn't lead directly to you, it leads to the ISP. Whoever wanted you would then have to find out from the ISP who had that particular IP address at that exact time because they are constantly changing. Finding an individual from an IP address is kinda like finding that same person and all you know is the state they are in.

Yes a pic could be more evidence if the law were to go after you, it's your IP address that links you to the conversation suggestive or not. These providers get hundreds of messages daily and most get busted at some point for prostitution, drugs theft etc. If police tried to go after everyone of those text that contain a pic it would be overwhelming. The only way a pic would come in play is if you got busted in a sting or in the act. BTW sending dic pic is not illegal if both parties are consenting adults. Not advising to do it!

Can confirm she's legit. The pictures are current and accurate. I though she was a little prettier in person. Setting up was easy, she was quick to get back to me, no BS or anything. I would never send pic.
