After all this I found Kiara in MP and gave her a ride and went through Royal Farm parking lot then made the turn on Wash Blvd to avoid the light. A cop was in the lot and followed me down to the deli where I dropped her off and he pulled me over. After 10 minutes or so he let me go with just a warning. I've had enough of BPD for awhile to say the least.

You do not want your name / plates in their database for contacts made with the public. Even though there are no arrest / charges / complaint made, LE must still record the incident in a report and submit it to a database. Depending on the kind of job you have and if they do background checks, something like this could still come back to bite you in the arse if you have a security clearance. As all of this is in now being recorded as a contact with the public.

First of all, keep your club compartment locked. What I do in situations when a SW is being difficult and demanding and will not exit unless their unreasonable demands are met. Have some "Just-in-Case" money readily available, separated from the donation. Have it in your pocket and not in your wallet, never pull out your wallet. Don't threaten them and scream back, de-escalate the situation. Have some small bills like a $10 or 2 fives and some ones wrapped around something slightly weighted with bind with a paperclip around something like one of those plastic hotel key cards. Let the SW make all their demands and when there is silence in the car.

Pull out that What-If stash so they can see all the bills wrapped up with the largest bill on the outside, tell them, they can have it, but they must get out the car and come to your driver side window to get it (Dangle it out the window while talking or they will snatch it from you and still not get out the car), do not tell them how much it is even if they ask, deflect, ignore and just repeatedly ask if they want the money or not. If they still refuse to get out your car to come to the driver side, (This is why is needs to be slightly weighted) fling it out the car as far as you can. Tell them if they want it, they will have to go get it.

The reason why is needs to be weighted is so that is gets tossed as far from your car as possible, otherwise the bills won't go anywhere other than just outside your driver side door. Then say, you better go get that before someone's else picks that money up (Keep repeating this). I guarantee, FOMO will kick in and they will run to get that money and that is when you make your graceful / quiet egress from this situation and pull off.
