I've RTFF but still have the question:

Can a registered Blackhawk gift card work on an old account? I used 2 (unregistered) Vanilla Visa cards already with no success.

Do I need to create a new Seeking account? Do I have to wait 24 hours after it's registered?

All I can say is that I used the Blackhawk on a new account because I did not remember the info that I had used previously on SA. I waited until the next day after I registered the card before I tried to use it. It worked fine without any problems. I was afraid not to start out completely fresh. I have heard others say that when the Vanilla cards were working on SA that it didn't matter if you used different names, etc each time you paid for renewal.
