Magically, a new review of Lake Serene was posted RM by that fffforget dude last night, claiming the parlor is actually open. It may have been an error. I just checked, it is late at night, and it does not have the '"CLOSED" banner that shops that have been permanently closed have. Instead it has the "Closed Now" banner that all of them have this late at night.

I have fond memories of Serene.

Had a whole free afternoon so I checked out a number of places.
