I do agree that incall requires deposit is almost 100% fraud. So do not do it!

Now for outcall, if a girl wants a deposit for outcall, I would go one step further to filter out fraud. I would offer to go and pick her up at her place or a public place near her house. Try it! Most fraudsters do not know how to react to that offer! If a girl seems legit and give you a legit address to meet up then maybe we can consider for a small deposit. If she (or maybe a he on other end) adamant about "deposit", then you should just move on.

I'm never sure what that means but I know 2 things for sure. Fake ads use pictures of real girls (obviously) all the time so it's not surprising if they use photos of local girls. How many times do providers post "this is my only / real number"? Catfishing is real. And if you see girls that have pics of other girls especially recently or back to back it's a red flag. If they will not send you a selfie under a specific request it MAY be a red flag. If I actually see girls together in the pics, it's more likely to be real. Use the big head not the tiny one.
