The last panhandlers asked for food I haven't spoken to to many female panhandlers.

The last time I can recall speaking to a female saying a price through a window was it looked like she was teaching a younger walker something. I didn't understand her version of english so I tried to explain in her native tongue that all that can be done haha like when my post are read. I guess it worked out I've seen the female walk around and stuff. I rather ask for directions or a phone number.

Do it whatever way you want but I choose to abstain from talkin money and nookie throught the window in order to avoid doing The Jailhouse Rock. YMMV.

Good luck getting Karina to a motel. Yesterday she hopped in my car and I invited her to a motel but she refused because of worries about getting stranded again. She didn't want to be away from the area too long because she had things to do in the neighborhood. Karina was very sweet to me, but she has a bad monkey on her back.

I found somebody different, went to an Elkridge motel, and returned to the hood about 90 minutes after Karina got out of my car. She was still wandering the area looking for a date.

If Karina wasnt so flakey, she could be the next superstar. This was the 4th time Ive seen her, but only once did I receive services. Something was wrong the other 3 times, always related to having too much drugs in her system or needing drugs.

Yea had she not lost her top front teeth and stayed clean she's smoking hot. Unfortunately my last encounter she had a smell that stunk up my seat for 2 day's. I saw her a few times since but just didn't look at her and make eye contact. Here's a pic of her years ago. Her tan skin is beautiful clean. I caught her in the early months of her being out here from Virginia and a hotel date that went sour had me boycot her for 2 years. I recently gave her another try and she was bearable in the car but I doubt I'll ever waste my time with her for a hotel date.

For about the past month I've been vetting a mother-daughter team named "Rachel" and "Holly", and now they want to make new friends. I met them walking on Eastern Ave towards Dundalk. After some strategic turns I was able to casually roll up on them at the Royal Farms. Rachel (pictured) jumped in my ride and we parked on the side street beside RF where she proceeded to give me a better than average BBBJ. She had me roll my window down so she could yell out to her mom to let her know where she was. Holly walked over and got in the back seat while Rachel was sucking me off and said she was trying to make some money too. I was coming down Washington on Monday and stopped at ROFO for gas and a cold drink. Kiara was standing on the sidewalk and there was a very very angry woman tearing into her. This woman called Kiara some horrible names and Kiara just stood there looking at the cars going by. She is a holy mess, that girl needs a long hot bath, clean clothes and a few strong antibiotics, these streets have really hit her hard. She reminds me of a puppy that's been kicked around. The woman who was ripping into KiKi was short with a short hair cut and rather large, it looked she was taking every once of her energy to avoid touching KiKI. Someone help that poor helpless waif, she needs it.

I was up that way today and didn't see any SW out and about, from the pizza man down to Caton Ave. The only thing I saw was a parular looking white girl si5 ting on the curb on DeSoto very close if not right in front of that house with all the lights and stuff I'm the yard, the one that looks like a mini museum.

She was sitting on the curb sleeping with her mouth open when I drove past on my way to the corner store on Ramsey. Ony way back, I saw her walking further up DeSoto closer to the under pass, she was kinda strange looking but, not ugly, her hair was reddish pinkish, purple, she was all totood up on her arms. I'm assuming she was a working girl, just not someone I would be interested in. Again though, she wasn't bad looking at all, kinda looked like Ann Archer with a frown on her face, really odd looking chick.

Saw a new face on Payson when I was going on the store for a cup of ice, she kinda looked like that girl in the cash out pictures and vids below except, her hair was black and she didn't look warm out. I didn't see any marks on her body. She was wearing red 70's style gym shorts, can't remember the top.

She gave me the high sign to let me know she was working, I just a knowledged her and kept it moving. Be careful up around by the RoFo, I really do believe they're trying to clean that area up.

Was getting my truck washed at the impromptu uptown car wash in MP when along strolls Kiara. She looked good in a tight fitting red sun dress. Saw one new one toe in yellow, she came out of that alley on Ramsey just outside of the circle between south mount and south Fulton. She's definitely working the streets. Saw dark haired Crystal again but didn't bother taking pics, I really like her personality but, she looks like the walking wounded. She has a back arm band from her elbow to her wrist on and the rest of her arm don't look good.

That's a shame, I'd like to try her but, all that shit going on with her physical appearance turns me off. I didn't bother to take a pic, I feel sorry for her, whatever she's got going on with her. I saw May day walking around, I did take pics but, she's not long for this world so, I won't post them.

I respect your caution but IMO Uncle LEO only uses this board for informational purposes. As long as when you make the scoop you get her into the car and wait under you have driven your vehicle away from the scene of the scoop and refrain from talking business until you are driving her away from her back-up only later to talk business you ought to be safe. BPD's Lodestar policy is to protect their female undercovers and pursuant to this protocol the female undercovers will entice you to say the "magic words" at the getgo and then bring the hammer down on you. Capisce?
